Always and Forever

Not enough characters to say how wonderful Denise and Andy where/are!
I met Denise at a small bridal fayre and straight away her personality was of a genuine caring lady someone I felt I could trust with such a special day. Wow did she prove this! No snobbery just a good honest,fun and supportive woman. Even down to me saying I would loose 6st to get into the dress size I wanted, Denise supported and encouraged so that I did achive my goal. Even when we faced problems (not there fault) Andy and Denise went out of there way to get it sorted co-ordinating with bridesmaids and dress alterters in London to get everything sorted. Everything Denise and Andy promised they delivered and exceeded on. Even now it brings a tear to my eye to think how this super couple made our wedding day so special.x

In our view, Andy and Denise of Always and Forever went 'above and beyond the call of duty' when they helped us with the arrangements for our wedding. Getting married abroad, I was having considerable trouble finding a suitable pair of shoes for a wedding on the beach and Denise went to great lengths to trawl the internet on my behalf, eventually finding an outlet for me to check out. Having purchased three bridesmaids dresses from them, they then arranged an excellent seamstress to make the necessary alterations, they steam pressed the dresses & packed them for travel by plane, which made my journey considerably easier, knowing the dresses were safe. We're very grateful to them for all of their help and hope they win first place in this Award. In our opinion, they certainly deserve to

Andy and Denise provided brilliant service with regards to our very tricky menswear request, putting in a huge effort to make sure everything went smoothly for us. They helped enormously when we had an issue with a shirt that was too big and provided us with lovely cufflinks when we had forgotten to order any.

Fabulous and attentive service with constant and reassuring communication. Both Andy and Denise went above the call of duty to provide us with wonderful bridesmaids dresses for our big day.

We bought Nickys bridal wear and accessories, all the bridesmaids dresses and hired the best mans and grooms suites from Always and Forever. Andy and his wife were excellent atending to every need. We would recomend them to anyone.

The service I recieved was by far the most personal i had from all the bridal shops i had visited.Their understanding of what i wanted was excellent as the wedding was abroad and i required a light weight dress this was understood immediately and the one i loved was ordered in for me to try on. their communication was excellent informing me of when it would be in.
My Husband also got his suit from here it was of a high quality and very reasonably priced. we also re-hired his suit on our return for our evening reception which was dealt with easily.I would highly reccommend always and forever as i felt they gave personal service of the highest quality and excellent value for money

They were so friendly they felt like family. Couldn't wait to show them wedding photos. Will send sister there when they get married and our daughter.

Always & Forever have provided me with an outstanding service. From the quality of the dresses which are absolutely beautiful, to the friendly approach they have with their customers. Having 6 bridesmaids a flower girl and myself to dress is a big task and originally was quite daunting, but Andy and Denise have been so helpful it has really put me at ease. They truly deserve to win.

Great service, lovely couple and clearly a strong family business, felt like you had a personal service from the start, they were always warm and friendly, discreet, helpful, and listened to my comments and knew what would suit me, a dress was in front of me before I even had to ask for it. I was offered dressmaker services at the shop, the dressmaker was very professional, excellent, and they were always flexible in needing to make appointments outside of regular times (I had to travel from Bristol to Bideford). Also, great communication, always called and left messages to keep me updated.
